Terms of Service

Welcome to meetURgirl (the "Platform," "Website," or "Service"). This Platform is owned, managed, and operated exclusively by MUG Ventures, located at 57 N 11th Avenue, Sheridan, WY USA.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you ("User," "Member," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.

1. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Strict 18+ Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access, register for, or use this Platform.

Access Denial: Access to this Platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury that you are of legal adult age.

Verification: The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any User at any time to verify compliance with these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service & Entertainment Purpose

Digital Interactive Social Network: meetURgirl operates as a digital social entertainment and virtual matchmaking network for consenting adults. The Service enables Users to purchase digital credits to interact, message, and engage with member profiles on the Platform.

Virtual Entertainment Only: You acknowledge and agree that all communications, messages, media, and interactions on the Platform are provided strictly for digital adult entertainment purposes only.

No Off-Platform Meetings: The Service does not arrange, guarantee, or facilitate physical in-person meetings, dates, or offline contact between users. Any attempt to solicit off-platform meetings or contact information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

Account Creation: To access features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Sharing: You may not transfer, sell, share, or assign your account to any third party.

4. Digital Credits, Billing, & Purchases

Credit-Based Service: Access to private messaging, chat features, and interactive media requires the purchase and consumption of non-transferable digital credit packages ("Virtual Credits").

All Sales Are Final: ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CREDITS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE FOR CASH OR OTHER VALUE. Once purchased, credits are immediately added to your account ledger for platform consumption. Unused credits expire upon account deletion or termination.

Cancellation Policy

1. All sales final. All purchases of Virtual Credits are final and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value. This applies once credits have been added to your account.
2. Cancellation. Auto-renewal is optional and applies only if you select it at checkout. Where selected, your package renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the Buy credits page in your account, or by emailing support@meeturgirl.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Fees already paid are not refunded for the remainder of the period. Once notified of an account balance error, we will review and, where appropriate, correct charges made or credits purchased but not delivered to your account due to a technical fault.
3. How to report an account balance error. Email support@meeturgirl.com within thirty (30) days of the charge with your registered email or username, the transaction date and amount, and a description of the issue. We will respond within two (2) working days.
4. Disputes. Please contact us first, before filing a chargeback with your bank, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Payment Processing: Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the purchase.

Billing Descriptors: Charges on your credit or debit card statement will appear under a discreet descriptor provided by our third-party billing processors.

5. Anti-Chargeback Policy & Fraud Prevention

Contact Support First: If you experience an issue with a transaction, credit balance, or account access, you agree to contact customer support directly at support@meeturgirl.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuing bank or payment processor.

Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback for credits successfully added to your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension & Collections: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban your account. The Company further reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to consumer reporting agencies, fraud databases, and third-party collection agencies to recover disputed funds, administrative fees, and associated legal costs.

6. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights

Ownership: All content on the Platform including but not limited to software, text, code, graphics, logos, user profiles, interactive features, images, video, audio, and visual design is the exclusive property of MUG Ventures, its licensors and the respective third party creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Strict Prohibition on Recording: UNAUTHORIZED SCREEN RECORDING, CAPTURING, DOWNLOADING, COPYING, REPRODUCING, OR REDISTRIBUTING OF ANY CONTENT, IMAGES, MEDIA, OR CHAT HISTORIES FROM THIS PLATFORM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Enforcement: Any violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and may subject you to civil liability and legal prosecution.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Post, transmit, or share content that involves human trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, violence, harassment, exploitation, or illegal acts.
Solicit money, personal bank details, or financial assistance from other users or profiles.
Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized scripts to interact with the Platform.
Upload files that contain viruses, malware, trojan horses, or corrupted code designed to disrupt the operation of the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES, CREDITS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUG VENTURES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUG VENTURES, ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Customer Support and Response Time

Support requests. If you have a question, complaint, or issue relating to your account, payments, subscriptions, or use of the MeetURGirl platform, you may contact our customer service team at support@meeturgirl.com.

Response commitment. MUG Ventures will acknowledge and attend to every customer service request within two (2) working days of receiving it. "Working days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Resolution. Where a request can be resolved within this period, we will do so. Where it requires further investigation, such as a payment dispute or an account balance review, we will tell you what steps are being taken and give you an estimated timeline for resolution.

Information we may need. To help us respond quickly, please include your registered email or username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction details or screenshots.

Urgent matters. Reports involving account security, unauthorized transactions, or abuse on the platform will be prioritized and addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration: Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
